Purple Hybrids include purple details throughout the bed. This is a wonderful addition for anyone who loves the color. The cover has premium details that give it a more luxurious look than the Purple flagship mattress. The main thing people want to know about this mattress is what does the Purple feel like?

Purple Hybrid mattress firmness, feel and feel
Purple Hybrid mattresses, regardless of which model you buy, are soft and airy. They don’t feel like foam. If you press your finger on the center of the mattress, the squishy pieces will bend and change underneath.

The Purple Hybrid’s four layers are approximately 11 inches in height and has four layers. Let’s take a look at the layers of this bed to get an idea of how Purple and Purple are made.
A thin slab of basic foam about an inch thick, which supports the thick pocketed coil layer above.
The mattress has a thick system made of 7.5-inch pockets coils. Each coil is individually wrapped in fabric to reduce motion transfer. It’s the main reason why this mattress is so supportive.
A thin layer of foam about a quarter inch thick to neutralize the effect of the mattress’s foundation.
The Hyper Elastic Polymer brand uses covers that are approximately 2 inches in height. These are laid out in a grid-like pattern. This is the primary layer that distinguishes it from the other two Purple Hybrid mattresses — each mattress has a different thickness of this layer. It’s soft, bouncy, and provides most Purple Hybrid’s comfort.
Dense foam slabs surround the edges to give the sides a more solid and stable feel.
On top is the Purple’s “StretchMax” cover, and just like the name implies, it’s extra-stretchy. It is more breathable that a typical mattress cover. I liken it more to an antisweat sports undergarment rather than a soft top made of cotton. Purple Mattress Lady

Purple Hybrid Premier mattress layers
The Purple Hybrid Premier mattress is the highest-rated option from the brand. Only the top layers make up the main difference in construction.
Purple 3 has a layer of Hyper elastic Polymer at its top that measures 3 inches, while Purple 4 has 4 inches.

Motion isolation
Motion isolation isn’t usually an innerspring bed’s forte, but with the pocketed coils and special material you find in the Purple Hybrid, it’s a different story.
I think it’s pretty good at isolating motion, even if it is a super-bouncy bed.

Edge support
Purple Hybrid mattresses have firm foam at the edges that will hold you up if your body tends to lean towards the sides of the bed.

Temperature
The other benefit of the Purple Grid besides bouncy comfort would have to be its temperature-regulating abilities. The Purple Grid doesn’t have any cooling materials, but its natural breathable design makes them one of the best mattresses to allow airflow.
