First impressions
Purple Hybrids include purple details throughout the bed. This is a wonderful addition for anyone who loves the color. It has a premium appearance thanks to the fine details on the cover. You can also tell that it is a bit heavier than the Purple flagship mattress. People want to know what the Purple feels like.

Purple Hybrid mattress firmness, feel and feel
Regardless of the model you get, the Purple Hybrid mattresses are soft and airy without feeling like foam. When you run your hand down the center of the mattress, you can feel the squishy squares bend and morph underneath.

Purple Hybrids come in three versions, each with a different layer of Purple Grid gel.
The Purple Hybrid measures approximately 11 inches high and has four layers. This is a quick breakdown of the layers of the Purple Hybrid to give you an idea of what makes Purple, Purple.
A thin slab of basic foam about an inch thick, which supports the thick pocketed coil layer above.
To limit motion transfer, the mattress features a thick system of 7.5-inch pocketsed coils that are individually wrapped with fabric. It’s what makes this mattress so supportive.
A thin layer of foam about a quarter inch thick to neutralize the effect of the mattress’s foundation.
The brand’s Hyper-Elastic Polymer is approximately 2 inches thick, laid out in a grid pattern. This is the primary layer that distinguishes it from the other two Purple Hybrid mattresses — each mattress has a different thickness of this layer. It provides most of Purple’s comfort.
Surrounding the edges are dense foam slabs to make the sides feel more supportive and sturdy.

Purple Hybrid Premier mattress layers
Purple Hybrid Premier is the brand’s highest-end mattress option. The top layers are what really make the difference in construction.
The Purple 3 has a 3-inch layer of Hyper-Elastic Polymer at the top, while Purple 4 has 4 inches.

Motion isolation
Motion isolation is not something that innerspring beds are known for, but the Purple Hybrid has pocketsed coils and special material that make it possible.
I think it’s pretty good at isolating motion, even if it is a super-bouncy bed.

Temperature
