When reclining while sleeping, the Helix Moonlight was adequate but not outstanding. If you’re planning to sleep in this position all night, you’ll probably want a firmer mattress that offers additional support and helps maintain the proper alignment of your spine.
It is the Helix Moonlight is an excellent option for sleeping on the side due to its softness. We didn’t feel any unwelcome pressure around the shoulder or hip.
The Helix Moonlight, like the Helix Sunset, is not supportive enough for stomach sleeping. Our hips sank too deeply in the mattress causing the spine to misalign.
Helix Midnight Mattress
While resting on the Helix Midnight We felt amazing. We enjoyed a touch of pressure relief, but without losing spine alignment due to the mattress’s excellent combination of support and comfort. It’s the most comfortable mattress for back sleepers on this list.
Although the Helix Midnight is more firm than the Helix Sunset or Moonlight and Moonlight, we discovered it to be comfortable to sleep on our sides on this mattress. It offers adequate pressure relief between the hip and shoulder, in our opinion.
While stomach sleeping on the Helix Midnight, we were good but not great. Sleepers who are in this way all night long should look for a firmer mattress that provides greater spinal support.
Helix Dusk Mattress

Helix Twilight Mattress
The Helix Twilight was proved to be the greatest bed for back discomfort. What Do the Helix Mattresses Feel Like?
Helix mattresses all have a hybrid design that incorporates foam over coils. However, despite these similarities however, each Helix mattress has its own distinct individuality.
The Helix Sunset offers a soft top with a balanced foam feel. The soft comfort layer allows sleepers to sink in and provides the mattress with a slow-moving feel.
The Helix Moonlight, despite its softness, gives a bouncy feeling, particularly when compared with the Sunset one, which is more sensitive.
The Helix Midnight, like the Helix Sunset, has an even feel and slow-moving top layer. The Midnight is a bit more firm than the Sunset which allows sleepers to sink deeper into the top layer.
The Helix Dusk is solid and lively. This is due to the use active foam in the top layer as well as coils in the layer supporting it.

Helix Mattresses Construction
