It is apparent that the Helix Sunset is not supportive enough for stomach-sleeping due it is soft. Our hips sank too deeply into the mattress and pulled the spinal column out of its alignment, just like they did when we were back sleeping.
Helix Moonlight Mattress
As a back sleeper while sleeping, it was apparent that the Helix Moonlight was adequate but not extraordinary.
