The Helix Moonlight is an excellent option for sleeping on the side due to its softness. There was no unwelcome tension around the shoulder or hip.
It is the Helix Moonlight, like the Helix Sunset, isn’t supportive enough for stomach sleeping. Our hips were pushed too far to the bed, leading the spine to be out of alignment.
Helix Midnight Mattress

Helix Twilight Mattress

What Do the Helix Mattresses Feel Like?
Helix mattresses all have a hybrid design that incorporates foam over coils. However, despite these similarities however, each Helix mattress has its own distinct individuality.
The Helix Sunset offers a soft top and a balanced foam feel. The soft comfort layer allows sleepers to feel comfortable and creates a slow-moving feel.
The Helix Moonlight, despite its softness, has a bouncy sensation, especially when contrasted with the Sunset, which is less sensitive.
The Helix Midnight, like the Helix Sunset, has an even feel and slower-moving upper layer. The Midnight is more firm than the Sunset which allows sleepers to sink a little more deeply into the top layer.
The Helix Dusk is solid and bouncy. This is due to the use of active foam in the top layer and coils in the supporting layer.
It is similar to the Helix Twilight, like the Helix Sunset and Midnight, has a more sluggish top. This is still a firm mattress even though the comfort layer is a little more enveloping.
Helix Dawn, like the Helix Dawn, like the Helix Dusk, has a soft, firm and bouncy feel it because of the use of foam that is dynamic (in the layer of comfort) and coils (in the support layer).
Average Weight Sleepers – 130 lbs – 230 lbs

Heavyweight Sleepers – Over 230lbs
